Student Ambassadors

Student Ambassadors is a new opportunity for student leadership at Shepardson STEM Elementary. The Student Ambassadors serve as role models for their peers and will perform a variety of tasks to represent our school, such giving tours to visitors, participating in videos about Shepardson STEM for parents, students, and community members.

This new student leadership program was launched in Fall 2016 and is offered to students in Third through Fifth grade. Students were selected through an application process. Student ambassadors meet monthly and have participated in several special events already, such as being greeters at Family STEM Night and leading tours for dignitary visits.
