About Me!

Hello!  I am an Occupational Therapist here at PSD. While this is my first year with the district, I have been working as an Occupational Therapist in the area of pediatrics for nineteen years, with the majority of those years spent in elementary schools. In addition, I have also worked with the preschool and birth to three populations, as well as middle school and high school.

I grew up on the East Coast in New Jersey, before getting my Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Occupational Therapy at Ithaca College in New York and, later, my Doctorate degree from New York University. I love to travel and have had the opportunity to do so quite a bit over the years, from New York to Minnesota to Arizona and, most recently, to a small island in the Pacific named Saipan, gaining valuable experience and knowledge from each school program. I am happy to bring my family to Colorado and, finally, call this beautiful state home.

I love the mountains, the ocean, and basically any outdoor space. As previously mentioned, I love to travel and to learn about people and places around the world. I enjoy hiking, camping, climbing, yoga, running, and gardening, to name a few, and, especially, spending time with my family. We have two young boys who keep me laughing and on my toes.

I am so very excited to be here at Shepardson Elementary with you and look forward to an amazing new adventure!
