Chadron State College - Bachelor in Elementary Education
I grew up on a farm in Chadron, Nebraska with my parents and my younger brother Dane. After graduating from Chadron State College, I moved to Yorktown, Virginia where I taught 4th grade for 6 years. I decided to move to Fort Collins to be closer to my family, and to get back to the Midwest. This is my 16th year of teaching and my tenth year at Shepardson.
I love watching college football, but I especially love the Huskers! I grew up around horses - I showed Quarter Horses for years, was a trail guide in Estes Park, worked as the Horseback Riding Director at a youth camp in California, and was a barn supervisor for the Budweiser Clydesdales in Virginia. I have a Corgi that I enjoy hiking with, and I love doing anything active and outside. During the summer, I enjoy going home to Nebraska to farm for my dad.
