About Me!
Hello! I am the WIN Interventionist teacher here at Shepardson. During my 5 years here I have worked with many wonderful students on their journey to reading. I truly enjoy teaching Literacy and guiding children, as well as their parents, on ways to use strategies and language awareness to develop a love for reading.
I was born and raised in Cold Spring, New York until I was five when my family moved to Colorado. My husband Tom and I have 2 active daughters, Tiffany and Crystle, who have their own families. We had lived in various cities around the Denver area until 1995 when we decided to call Fort Collins our home. We are fortunate to have most of our family in Colorado.
I love the sunshine and being outdoors hiking, biking, gardening, or reading.
