About Me!

I am originally from Wolfeboro, New Hampshire. I went to Elmira College for my undergraduate degree in Elementary Education. I returned to my hometown to teach where I was able to teach fifth grade at a school I went to as a student. While teaching, I received my Masters in Special Education from Southern New Hampshire University. My passion is guiding learners to develop their growth mindset and foster a life-long love of learning. I model this by participating in many school activities and outside of school activities that grow my brain.

My personal hobbies include, but are not limited to, walking my dogs (Joey and Apollo), hiking, snowboarding, running, biking, reading, and listening to music. I have three siblings, but I am the baby. I have three nieces and one nephew. Most of my family lives in New Hampshire and Washington so I chose somewhere in between!

One more thing about me is that I recently got engaged! No wedding date yet, but it is an exciting time :)
