About Me!

I earned my Bachelor of Music Education degree from Colorado State University in May 2025 with a concentration in choral music education. I am certified to teach K-12 music. While I am primarily a vocalist, I also play the piano, guitar, french horn, and ukulele. My coursework at CSU has also prepared me to play a multitude of instruments and to teach band, orchestra, and choir. Last year, I directed a children’s choir in Fort Collins and I currently teach private music lessons to children. Elementary Music has a special place in my heart and I am very excited to start my teaching career here at Shepardson STEM Elementary School!

I grew up in Flagstaff, Arizona but moved to Colorado to earn my degree in education. Growing up in Flagstaff, I learned to love hiking and camping and I still enjoy the outdoors today. Recently, I have taken up backpacking! I also love painting with acrylic paint and drawing. Whenever I have a chance, I enjoy hanging out with my Aunt and Uncle’s two adorable dogs, Remy and Katie!
