STEM in Action!

Mrs. Hufnagel's 1st grade class witnessed one of nature's miraculous events! They watched a caterpillar spin its cocoon and emerge as a beautiful black swallowtail butterfly! 

As they released the beautiful butterfly in the Shepardson STEMs of Learning Garden, they discovered another small caterpillar! The process and STEM in action continues! Stay tuned!
