About me!
I’m a Colorado gal, born and raised, and I’m hoping to spend many more years living, playing, and loving this state. This will be my first year at Shepardson and I couldn’t be more excited!
I graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and a minor in Business Administration and then completed by Dual Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling & School Counseling at Denver Seminary. I have worked with a variety of ages in schools, summer camps, and clinical environments. I became a counselor because of my years working at camp. I noticed the significance in creating spaces where kids felt truly known and loved. I am committed to creating longer tables, instead of taller fences so that every student feels included. When youth feel safe to be themselves they reach their full potential.
I take care of myself by spending time with family and friends, while also playing outside. I enjoy skiing, fly-fishing, cycling, backpacking, and running! I am beyond grateful for the path that has led me here and cannot wait to meet you!
